Ms. Jeevitha is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai, with over seven years of teaching and research experience. She brings a strong blend of industry exposure and academic expertise, gained prior to joining the School of Management, which enriches her classroom delivery and research orientation. She has submitted her PhD thesis to the University of Madras and is currently awaiting her viva voce. Her research interests broadly span entrepreneurship, sustainable business, and strategic management, with a particular focus on entrepreneurial orientation and sustainability. Ms. Jeevitha has published research papers in Scopus-indexed journals and in the Journal of Management and Public Policy, reflecting her strong research capabilities and commitment to scholarly excellence. She actively integrates research led teaching, practical insights, and contemporary business perspectives into her pedagogy, contributing effectively to student development.

Dr. DE. Vijaya Deepika, with strong academic qualifications and teaching skills, is passionate to contribute in the field of education and Research holding 15 plus years of experience. She started her teaching career at Sathyabama University in the year 2008, followed by various other reputed educational institutions and is currently working as Assistant Professor at School of Management, Dwaraka Doss Govardhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai. Her Doctor of Philosophy was accomplished under Faculty of Management from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology (Deemed to be University) Category – 1 University by UGC, India in 2024. She completed Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Madras with academic excellence by securing University 5th Rank for the MBA Batch 2007. Having Qualified UGC NET in the year 2009, She has participated in various seminars, workshops and conferences at national and international levels and had authored research papers in Web of Science and Scopus Indexed Journals with a strong publication record.

Ms. R. Logeswari is a Management academician with 12 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and academic administration. Her expertise lies in marketing, consumer behavior, and sustainability-oriented management practices. Her research focuses on consumer perspectives on the Right to Repair and sustainable consumption, with a recent publication contributing to this domain. She is committed to structured pedagogy, research-driven teaching, and responsible management education.

Dr. Arockya Divya S F is holding a PhD in Finance and an MBA with a University Gold Medal. She also holds a PGDIBO from IGNOU. She has experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and is actively involved in research, student mentoring, and academic activities. Her areas of interest include financial management, corporate taxation, financial literacy, fintech, and entrepreneurial finance.

Ms. Banu Priya is a dedicated educator with a passion for Teaching and Research. She holds an M.B.A degree from ICFAI University, qualified for UGC NET and TNSET in Management. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. from Annamalai University. She combines her academic knowledge with industry experience through 4+ years of PG teaching and 2+ years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development. Her research-led domain knowledge contributes to effective teaching pedagogy, infusing the classes with real-world insights.

Ms. Mythili Ramasamy is a dedicated Management academician with a strong interdisciplinary academic background in Electronics Engineering and Management with specializations in Marketing and Finance with UGC NET qualification. She has extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, and academic coordination, and as a doctoral candidate her expertise spans into Customer Experience (CX) and UX design, Digital marketing, Resource Management techniques, Quantitative Techniques and Marketing communications. With a keen focus on integrating analytical and quantitative approaches into managerial decision-making, she actively contributes to experiential learning and student mentoring. She is committed to outcome-based education, research-oriented pedagogy, and industry-aligned skill development, preparing students for data-driven and contemporary management roles, She is actively involved in coordinating and monitoring student internships, ensuring effective industry exposure and academic alignment.She is actively involved in placement coordination and student career guidance.

Dr. B. Harini is an academician with a scholarly academic background in management. She holds a B.Com in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from Kumaraguru College of Technology (Anna University, 2018), and earned her Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Behavioural Finance from Tamil Nadu Open University (UGC-recognized) in 2024. She has qualified UGC–NET (2021) and TNSET (2025) and has actively participated in seminars, FDPs, workshops, and national and international conferences, including paper presentations. She has published research articles in UGC-approved, Scopus-indexed, and IEEE journals.

Dr. M. Revathy is an accomplished academic professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Service Management from Alagappa University. She earned her Doctorate (Ph.D.) from the Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research.

With over eight years of combined experience across industry, academia and research she brings a multidisciplinary and practice-oriented perspective to her teaching and academic engagement. She is a committed researcher with numerous publications in reputed national and international journals. Her scholarly contributions include paper presentations at state, national and international seminars and conferences. She has also contributed several book chapters within her area of specialization demonstrating a deep commitment to knowledge creation and scholarly excellence.
