Dr. U. Amaleshwari is a senior academician and academic leader with over 21 years of experience in teaching, research and administration. She is a recognized Research Supervisor of the University of Madras. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Madras and Digital Marketing from IIM Jammu, in addition to an M.Phil., MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Her academic and research interests include Human Resource Management, Green HRM, Organizational Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence in HR, Digital Transformation, and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Amaleshwari has published extensively in UGC CARE, Scopus and ABDC-listed journals, authored books and book chapters, holds a patent and has received multiple Best Paper Awards at national and international conferences. She has also served as a reviewer for the International Engaged Management Scholarship (EMS) Conference, USA and contributed to Tamil Nadu Government Higher Secondary Employability Skills textbooks, reflecting her strong commitment to academic excellence, research innovation and societal impact.
