On-Bound Training (OBT) is a structured experiential learning initiative of the School of Management (SOM) designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to real-time organizational practices. As part of this programme, students are placed in external organizations and professional environments, where they undergo practical training outside the campus.
The programme enables students to integrate classroom learning with real-world workplace experience, helping them understand organizational culture, business operations, and professional expectations. Through direct industry exposure, OBT enhances employability, managerial skills, and overall professional competence, preparing students to meet industry demands effectively.
